Consequently, the role of Finance Performance Lead for India has a strategic importance. The role contributes to building the success of Opella in India by (i) Proposing business cases for Strategic projects ensuring value creation for the company and monitoring delivery of performance on these projects (ii) Supporting HFP on Performance management for India. (iii) Business Partnering in every aspect of Trade and Revenue, and Pricing Related Compliance Management (iv) Audit requirements and execution of internal control policies

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES.

1. Strategic Project Leadership
Be a key stakeholder, binging constructive challenge, for mission-critical strategic commercial initiatives with high-impact business outcomes in the context of India” Change the Game”, such as Vistaar (expansion of HCP external Sales Force), Udaan (expansion of Trade Sales Force), Innovation and BD projects.
