Job Introduction
You will lead a high-impact Cloud Infrastructure Automation & SRE team within Cloud Engineering, focusing on building and operating secure, reliable, scalable,



resilient & self-serve infrastructure platforms for all Tekion. In close partnership with our Cloud Security, Product Security, and Application teams, you’ll play a vital role in establishing and enforcing security best practices and automation-first principles across all layers of our cloud environments.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and grow a team of talented cloud infrastructure engineers and SREs, providing technical and people leadership, mentorship, and career development.
- Infrastructure as Code: Drive the adoption and evolution of infrastructure automation (IaC) frameworks (such as Terraform, Pulumi, CRD) to enable consistent, auditable, and scalable platform management.
