What would you do? Client Financial Management (CFM) is responsible for delivering business advisory services to Accenture client teams throughout the lifecycle of a contract.



Our professionals are accountable for driving financial health and improved business results by providing analysis and advice to internal Accenture client leads. CFM’s primary corporate finance activities include accurate forecasting and reporting, cash flow optimization, and financial analysis. Co-ordinating with internal and external auditors. Ensuring all accounting meets the US-GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements in relation to Revenue and Cost accounting. Need to interpret the contractual documents with client to derive the right accounting method .
Client Financial Management involves overseeing and managing the financial aspects of client accounts. This includes Revenue assurance , budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
