About the Role:
- Planning, monitoring, controlling & scheduling the project execution w.r.t. Time limit, Quality & safety.
- Sound knowledge in reading the drawings and coordinating with the design team.
- Implementation of ITPs.
- Knowledge of HSE (Work Permit, Safety Checklist etc.)
- Knowledge of Quality practices of Civil & MEP Services works.
- Knowledge of Civil and Interior finishes.
- Ensuring proper process being followed by contractor during execution
- Ability to prepare Work Method statement and Risk analysis for Construction works
- Knowledge of latest Technology
- Releasing Daily Progress Report of the site
- Site Construction Teams
- Cluster Head, State Head/ Zonal Planning Team
- Design coordinators
- Material coordinator
- Program Management Team
