Job Description
- Take ownership of the CYBERSECURITY Transformation program and lead the coordination, delivery and change of CYBERSECURITY
- Lead, co-ordinate and manage multiple resources and forums from engineering to Executive SteerCo.
- You will be responsible for managing multiple projects which form the transformational programme of work for CYBERSECURITY
- You will need to understand the technology,



solutions and business outcomes of the strategy and be able to convey these to stakeholders up to C level.
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of the whole of the proposed change, co-ordination of the projects and management of their inter-dependencies.
- Be responsible for delivering change. The role requires effective co-ordination of the workstreams and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. It also includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected perks.
- Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs) - define outcomes and key results for each delivery quarter ensuring these are ambitious and are able to be tracked and reported at a Programme and Service Line level.
- Activity Backlog - translates SBOs and OKRs into JIRA backlogs (epics) and Clarity milestones (for outcomes) ensuring workload tracea
