About the Role

As a Business Services Associate, you will be at the heart of our Direct/Primary insurance operations across the Asia & Pacific region. You'll serve as the critical link between Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and our outsourced partners — ensuring that insurance policy processing, regulatory reporting, and data quality standards are met with precision and consistency. Act as the Single Point of Contact for all internal and external stakeholders on reporting requirements related to regional regulatory adherence across Asia & Pacific

Run and submit regulatory reports by understanding data sources across various systems, ensuring strict adherence to defined timelines
