Regional Training Manager Position in Dr Reddy’s and Nestle Health Science Ltd.

Location: North & East (Base Location: Hyderabad/Delhi)
Reporting To: Head of Commercial Excellence
Role Overview:
The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the training programs for the sales force, ensuring that all Territory Managers (TM), Territory Business Managers (TBM), and Area Sales Managers (ASM) are well-equipped with product knowledge, selling skills, and commercial acumen. This role is crucial for enhancing the competency of the sales team in Metabolic, Hospital, and other key segments in Dr Reddy’s and Nestle Health Science Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development & Execution
- Design and implement structured induction training for recent joiners.
- Develop continuous learning programs for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, competitive insights, and in-clinic performance.
- Conduct refresher training on core selling skills, including concepts and strategic call planning.
- Plan and execute Product Knowledge Tests (PKT)



to assess learning effectiveness.

2. Sales Force Effectiveness & Capability Building
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Teams to align training content with business objectives.
- Implement coaching frameworks to improve in-clinic execution and strategic territory planning.
- Ensure TM/TBM have a well-defined HCP list and focus on improving HCP engagement.

3. Field Training & On-the-Job Coaching
- Conduct on-the-ground coaching sessions with TM, TBM, and ASMs to improve execution quality.
- Evaluate in-field performance, provide real-time feedback, and drive structured action plans.
- Implement role-play sessions, competency assessments, and sales simulations for practical learning.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Brand Teams, Medical Team, and RSMs to ensure consistent communication and knowledge dissemination.
