Senior Manager, Software Engineering

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to join Procore's Customer Adoption team in Bangalore, a new team with a mission to develop experiences that help customers achieve their outcomes with Procore's products. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction, and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our cutting-edge, top-rated global platform. In this Senior Manager role, you'll hire, lead, and grow a high-performing software engineering team responsible for shaping the end-to-end onboarding and adoption experience for Procore customers worldwide. You'll set the technical direction across both front-end and back-end services, with a particular focus on building customer-facing experiences and robust APIs that integrate with Data and AI platforms. You'll drive delivery of high-impact features, continuously raise the bar on performance,



scalability, and reliability, and partner closely with Product, Design, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Customer Success leaders to define technical architecture, scope, and execution. Along the way, you'll mentor engineers and tech leads to do their best work and excel in their careers.

What you'll do
- Lead and grow a full stack engineering team in Bangalore, including managing senior engineers and tech leads, and supporting their professional and technical growth through coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
- Own the technical strategy and delivery roadmap for the Adoption and Onboarding team's full stack services and customer-facing experiences, in close partnership with Product and Design leadership.
