Job Purpose
To maintain accurate receipt, storage, issue, and stock records of materials and ensure proper inventory control in the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity and quality with purchase documents.
- Arrange and store materials properly in designated locations.
- Issue materials to departments against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and inventory records accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, or damages.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and support stock audits.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and housekeeping of store items.
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily inward, outward, and stock balance reports.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments regarding material movement.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials and compliance with company procedures.





Required Qualifications
- 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
- Computer knowledge (Excel / ERP / inventory software preferred).

Experience
- Freshers can be considered for trainee level.
- 1–3 years of experience in stores or inventory handling preferred.
