Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Manager to lead technical delivery, grow team capability,



and support the continued expansion of the CX Salesforce Practice at ITC, Trane Technologies. This role combines people leadership, solution development, and hands-on technical oversight across Salesforce core platform capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce B2B Commerce. This Tech Manager will help scale the practice, ensure delivery excellence, competency management and drive secure, high-quality, enterprise solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce developers, QAs, administrators, and analysts.
