Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior NextJS Engineer with 6–8
years of experience building scalable, cloud-native web applications using
modern JavaScript technologies and AWS. This role is centered on React.js and
Next.js with server-side rendering, backed by RESTful API integration,
PostgreSQL, and standards-based authentication (OpenID Connect / OAuth2).

You will work closely with architects, business analysts, UI/UX, and backend
engineers to deliver secure, high-performing applications, and help shape
front-end and integration decisions on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and maintain full stack web applications using React.js and
Next.js with selective server-side rendering

● Server-render above-the-fold content and use client-side rendering
elsewhere to optimize initial load and perceived performance.

● Implement portal-side orchestration within the Next.js application
(API routes / server actions) and integrate with backend and SAP-facing APIs.

● Design responsive, reusable UI components following React and Next.js
best practices.





● Build and consume RESTful APIs with sound authentication,
authorization, and error handling.

● Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and stored
procedures.

● Implement authentication and authorization using OpenID Connect /
OAuth2 (AWS Cognito or enterprise IdP), including JWT validation and role-based
access.

● Deploy and run applications on AWS using services such as S3,
CloudFront, Lambda, and App Runner.

● Collaborate across Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams; take
part in code reviews, design discussions, and production troubleshooting.

● Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and CI/CD practices.

● Make server-side vs client-side rendering and integration-boundary
decisions and define API contracts with backend and SAP teams.
