Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead who can lead and manage a high-performing marketing team while driving lead generation, brand growth, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, performance marketing, SEO, and team management.



The candidate must have successfully managed cross-functional marketing teams and consistently delivered quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the complete marketing team to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns focused on quality lead acquisition.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI across all marketing channels.
- Handle and guide cross-functional teams including:
- SEO
- Performance Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Content Writing
- Video Editing
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign execution.
- Oversee website traffic growth, SEO performance, and organic visibility.
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
