We are looking for a detail-oriented Incoming Quality check (Intern) to inspect incoming materials, verify component functions, and maintain accurate test/inspection records. The intern will identify nonconforming parts, track rework/rejection data, and support corrective actions. This role requires coordination with production, development, and stores teams to address quality issues and ensure proper material handling (FIFO/FEFO/LIFO). The ideal candidate is analytical, quality-focused, and committed to maintaining consistent standards.

à Incoming Quality Check (Intern)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

à Incoming material inspection and verification

à Assembly process need to be done for incoming materials and verify the process function.

à Updating and maintaining Test reports (Inward inspection report, material test report, coating thickness test report etc.)

à Identify and segregate Nonconforming materials (Rework and rejections Data need to be collected)

à Identify repeated rejection, rework and initiate corrective actions.





à Suggest improvements to the inspections process.

à Coordinate with stores team on storage of inspection materials (FIFO, FEFO, LIFO)

à Cross functional collaboration with production, development, stores team to identify problems and causes.

Requirements
à Basic knowledge in assembly process.

à Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

à Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.

à Excellent written and verbal communication.

à Ability to work independently and proactively.

à Familiarity with industry compliance protocols.

à Competence in Microsoft Office and statistical quality tools.
