Java Full Stack Developer
Experience: 6–12 Years
Band - B2/B3
Location - Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot–based RESTful Microservices using industry best practices.
- Lead end‑to‑end development activities including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance to small teams of developers, testers,
and engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Interact closely with client stakeholders and offshore teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and track deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, security guidelines, and code review processes.
- Participate in architectural discussions, microservices design, and integration strategies.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and production deployments with robust focus on stability and observability.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 6–12 years of hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
