Software Development Excellence
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression test suites across the Essentials product suite
- Design and execute tests validating microservices, REST APIs, UI applications, and mobile workflows
- Develop a thorough understanding of the product architecture within 6 months
- Deliver in line with project committed metrics on Velocity, Quality, and Accuracy of Estimates

Technical Direction
- Achieve comfort with all aspects of testing across the Essentials product suite within 6 to 12 months
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in testing approaches




- Design regression strategies for multi-product environments (Image K2, Pulse, Pulse Designer, Ship)
- Identify gaps and propose enhancements in the test automation process and/or architecture

Process Improvement
- Share ideas for process, workflow, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Understand and follow all team processes while actively suggesting improvements
- Apply risk-based testing and prioritization to maximize coverage with available resources

Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization
- Communicate clearly to understand requirements and align test coverage with organizational goals
- Produce high-quality test documentation, defect reports, and concise written communications
- Document test plans clearly, write exact repro steps, collaborate across products
