We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health & Benefits team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Chennai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Assistant Vice President – Employee Health & Benefits

We will count on you to:
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients, showcasing findings and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide informed guidance.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Benchmark survey data for client plans, summarize and validate reviewed information.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address client challenges.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
- Identify opportunities to cross sell products and services to current clients.
- Participate in prospecting opportunities with recent clients aiding the sales team.
- Collaborate with other teams such as "EB Practice", "Placement" for Client RFP, Plan Renewal and Implementation processes.
- Identify and understand negotiable elements of underwriting calculations for all lines of coverage.
- Contribute to the development of new value proposition, products, tools and approaches.
- Support the Flexible benefits function and spearhead the consulting for the same for Chennai region.
- Support the OPD function and spearhead the consulting for the same for Chennai region.

What you need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in insurance industry, insurance broking or TPA.
