JOB SUMMARY

The Process and Quality Manager will be responsible for process planning, manufacturing readiness, supplier quality,



and continuous improvement activities for Motor manufacturing operations. The role involves establishing robust manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency and supporting for development topics. The position requires robust collaboration with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, SCM, Supplier teams to ensure high product quality, manufacturing reliability, and operational excellence

(HV Motors & MV Drives Factory)
- Incoming & In‑Process Quality Control & Monitoring à Responsibilities
- Ensure quality compliance at all shopfloor stages: winding, coil dressing, VPI, assembly, rotor balancing, machining, and HV testing.
- Ensure the in process Motors or drives as per Checklist /Control Plan
- Conduct patrol inspections, sampling inspections, and layered process audits.
