and compliant hiring operations. The role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation management, system updates, and reporting, while supporting recruiters and sourcers across multiple roles and geographies.
The role operates within established recruitment and RPO frameworks and is accountable for data accuracy, process adherence, SLA support, and consistent candidate experience across recruitment activities"
