Job Description Summary
Your role as an Engineering Lead is to be a visionary leader who works collaboratively with others to create an organisation that provides the best value propositions to our customers. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 20 engineers.

You’ll encourage teams to actively take part in Guilds, Inner Source activities and other forums and meet-ups through which our engineering methods and practices can be shared and developed so that new insights and ideas can be brought back to the lab to further improve engineering effectiveness.

You’ll have responsibility for hiring and growing existing engineering talent across the engineering teams enabling teams to reach their full potential.

You’ll enable a culture of learning and continuous improvement through a “Fail Fast, Learn Faster” mentality within teams to experiment and test new ways of engineering,



to act as a change agent for engineering and team culture, and to foster a systems-thinking and user-experience led design approach.
Job Description
Experience: 16-20 years

Location: Hyderabad

What you’ll need:
- Vision and the ability to provide an engineering strategy and roadmap
- Self-starter who inspires and motivates the teams around you
- Extensive software engineering background with one or more programming languages
- Ability to listen and reflect and respect the views of others as well as being able to communicate your own opinion but you are not strongly tied to it
- Champion an workplace where teams are empowered to be autonomous and self-sufficient, and you provide purpose, guidance and support where needed
- Passionate coach for other engineers to build a strong team culture
- Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary, internal and external geographically distributed teams across the product lifecy
