Key Responsibilities
1) Training Strategy & Capability Roadmap (GECs)
- Define and maintain a GEC training strategy and roadmap (India + Poland), aligned with TrafoSchool priorities and capability objectives.
- Translate strategy into learning paths and prioritized interventions per role/seniority, with measurable outcomes.
- Actively challenge the status quo to ensure training is impact-driven and aligned with competence gaps, not just demand-driven.

2) Assessment-Driven Needs Definition (Skills & Competence)
- Use skills & competence assessment outcomes to identify gaps by role/team/site and define prioritized actions.
- Anticipate upcoming capability needs based on trends and recurring issues, and bake those into the roadmap.




- Ensure the engineering population has competencies required for both effective delivery and skilled evolution.

3) Training Implementation & Coordination (GECs)
- Collect, coordinate, and execute training needs for engineering teams across GEC India and GEC Poland, ensuring alignment with global priorities and strategic objectives.
- Ensure successful rollout of global training initiatives—including technical curricula, skills assessments, and competence mapping—across GEC engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Local Engineering Managers and GEC Managers in India and Poland to align training execution with capability-building goals.
- Track and report training KPIs using TrafoSchool data to monitor adoption, effectiveness, and impact.

4) Program, Curriculum & Content Enablement
- Support deployment and continuous improvement of global technical training programs for GEC engineering teams.
- Ensure content relevance and alignment with competence and career development frameworks.
