Role Overview
Drive financing penetration for Exponent-powered L5 vehicles by developing and managing a solid network of banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and local financiers across Delhi-NCR. Work closely with dealerships, OEM partners, and Exponent sales teams to improve retail conversion and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Financing Ecosystem Development
- Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and local financiers.
- Onboard new financing partners and expand market coverage.
- Drive financer-wise retail performance and funding efficiency.
- Conduct business reviews to improve approvals, TAT, and service quality.

Retail Finance Operations
- Manage finance cases from application to disbursement.
- Ensure timely approvals and resolution of documentation or funding issues.
- Monitor finance penetration, approval rates, conversion, and TAT.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.

Dealer & Sales Enablement
- Train dealership and sales teams on financing programs and eligibility criteria.
- Guide teams in selecting suitable financing solutions.




- Support field teams with finance-related escalations and queries.

Stakeholder Management & Analytics
- Track financer performance, approval trends, and rejection analysis.
- Drive actions to improve conversion and portfolio quality.
- Coordinate with financiers, dealerships, OEMs, and Exponent teams.
- Communicate policy updates and financing schemes effectively.

Desired Profile
- Experience: 5–10 Years
- Strong understanding of retail credit and vehicle financing.
- Established network with banks, NBFCs, and financiers in Delhi-NCR.
- Proven track record in retail finance and partnership management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and business analytics.

Preferred Experience: Commercial Vehicles, EVs, Three-Wheelers, Last-Mile Mobility, or Retail Vehicle Finance.
