We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to drive strategic alliances that accelerate business growth, expand market reach, and strengthen our partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for a skilled with a proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships within the CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service), cloud communications, or enterprise technology space.
As a Partnerships Manager, you will identify, negotiate, and nurture relationships with technology partners, system integrators, channel partners, and strategic alliances that contribute to long-term business success. Working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that maximize partner engagement and revenue opportunities.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners across technology, channel, and business ecosystems.
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Design and implement joint Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, including co-selling, co-marketing, and product integration strategies.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to enable successful partner launches and business expansion.
- Drive partner pipeline generation and contribute to revenue growth through strategic collaborations.
- Monitor partnership performance using defined KPIs and continuously optimize engagement strategies.
