As part of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer experience, support product adoption, and ensure smooth execution of operational processes. - Support customers in effectively using the property management platform and its core features.

- Assist with onboarding new customers and guide them through product setup and adoption.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to address customer needs and improve platform functionality.
- Monitor customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and recommend process or product improvements.
