Duties & Responsibilities:
Program Manager Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Program Leadership & Governance
- Own and execute the Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced program, aligning CoE capabilities with business and IT strategy.
- Establish program management governance, project milestones, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and budget tracking.
- Partner with sales, service, revenue operations, IT,
and customer‑facing teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Scope & Delivery Management
- Project Lifecycle Ownership: Drive Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects from kickoff through post-launch support.
- Scope & Schedule Control: Define project scope, deliverables, project plans, and critical path items to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices and Organizational PMO standards.
- Backlog & Sprint Facilitation: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives) or manage waterfall schedules depending on project delivery style.
- Technical & Business Alignment
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and developers to translate business processes into explicit user stories and functional requirements.
