Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Creation of Manufacturing, Process, and SAP BOM as per R&D; inputs and supply conditions.
- Timely updating of engineering changes in SAP BOM as per implementation requirements.
- Ensuring no vehicle declaration remains pending due to BOM-related errors.
- Conducting physical verification of SAP BOM to ensure accuracy and correctness.
- Performing static builds of new variants (as required) to validate BOM correctness before productionization.
- Initiating and implementing cost-saving and standardization proposals.
- Driving process improvement initiatives and their implementation.
- Planning and executing projects related to recent products and model transfers.
- Identifying opportunities for outsourcing/off-loading in-house activities to enhance capacity and improve productivity.
- Managing selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning of facilities, tooling, and equipment related to TCF and EOL.
- Conducting process planning, design, and documentation activities.
- Performing feasibility studies, budgeting,



and obtaining approvals for new products, projects, and equipment.
- Planning and arranging facilities, space utilization, material handling, and storage equipment
- Taking corrective and preventive actions for field and in-house defects arising from process deficiencies
