What We're Looking For:
Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the Electrical Engineering group. Direct electrical design development and debug hardware and software for products and customers. Maintain existing electrical designs and coordinate efforts with the software group.



Manage design documentation, support internal resources such as manufacturing engineering with testing, assembly and production. Provide Product Management and Project Management with direction by identifying relevant technology and implementing this technology to satisfy design requirements.1. Oversees staffing, training and supervision of engineers and or technicians to include: policy interpretation and enforcement, workload distribution, assists with performance evaluations and managing employee relations while ensuring engineering schedules, customer needs and quality standards are met in a timely fashion.
2. Monitor performance and work with other members of the engineering department to create electrical design solutions that meet company directions and customer requirements.
