Job Description
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all contractual agreements for the organization, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.

Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of contracts.

Analyze contracts to identify potential risks and liabilities.

Provide legal guidance on contract interpretation and enforcement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contract-related issues.

Monitor contract compliance and recommend appropriate actions when necessary.

Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts.

Train and educate company employees on contract best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelors - Company Law, Bachelors - Law / Legal Stud
