Role Overview
This role is responsible for safe and reliable maintenance of elevator and escalator units within assigned routes and ensuring customer centricity and delight.
Key Responsibilities
- Adherence to EH&S; guidelines at all times.



Will be responsible for adhering safety norms for equipment and end user safety.
- Will be responsible for maintenance of the units, trouble shooting, code maintenance & Customer Service for assigned units.
- Ensure zero callbacks through periodic scheduled maintenance of the units.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns with a focus on achieving first-time fix.
- Ensure continuous and reliable equipment operation.
- Will be responsible for Generating T leads and closing T Orders on time.
- Timely and Transparent communication with customers.
- Build strong customer relationships during site visits.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering/ITI
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance with hands-on exposure to technical troubleshooting, repairs, and safety protocols
