Team Lead – KYC/AML
Experience
- 8+ Years of KYC/AML Experience
- Prior Team Handling Experience Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage KYC/AML operations teams.
- Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Drive operational excellence, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
- Manage escalations and support complex risk assessments.
- Ensure timely completion of KYC reviews and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, compliance, and operations functions.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Skills
- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- Expert knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, PEP, and Sanctions frameworks.
- Excellent decision-making and risk management capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- CAMS, CAMI, or equivalent AML/KYC certifications preferred.
