Job Description




We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead to drive quality engineering across software applications. In this role, you will lead a team of QA analysts, direct daily manual and automated testing execution, and ensure software releases meet high standards of usability, reliability, and performance.
You will combine leadership with hands-on technical execution—guiding analysts, managing sprint testing deliverables, writing/executing test cases, and building out automated regression testing.
An ideal candidate should have following basic qualifications:
- Bright, energetic, self-motivated with a track-record of goal-achievement and high performance and a desire and aptitude to manage diverse challenges
- Propose and contribute to process and project improvements.
- Lead and coordinate a team of QA analysts, providing clear direction, assigning sprint testing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of test cycles.
