About the Role:
- Health & Safety Management Develop, implement, and maintain the site HSE Management Plan. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, client specifications, and company HSE policies. Establish and monitor protected work practices for all construction activities. Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
- Risk Assessment Prepare and review Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessments. Identify hazards and recommend effective control measures. Ensure Method Statements incorporate appropriate safety precautions.
- Safety Training Conduct safety induction for all new employees and subcontractors. Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness programs. Provide specialized safety training for high-risk activities such as:



Working at height Confined space entry Hot work Lifting operations Electrical safety
- Incident Investigation Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. Prepare incident investigation reports.
- Site Monitoring Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures. Verify use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Stop unsafe work when immediate danger exists. Coordinate with supervisors to rectify unsafe conditions.
- Legal Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and occupational safety regulations. Maintain statutory safety records and documentation. Coordinate inspections by government authorities and client representatives.
- Emergency Preparedness Develop emergency response plans. Conduct mock drills for fire, evacuation, medical emergencies, and rescue operations. Ensure emergency equipment is inspected and maintained.
