General Position Summary:

Make an impact with our Digital Solutions team as a D365 Customer Insights Sr. Consultant. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of solutions using D365 CRM Model Apps (Sales, Customer Insight (Marketing) and Services). This role requires a deep understanding of business D395 Customer Insight, processes, data analysis, and the ability to develop and integrate solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities:





· Analyze business requirements and design solutions that leverage D365 Sales capabilities.

· Configure and customize D365 Sales and Customer Insight applications to meet specific business needs.

· Create detailed documentation of the solution design and configuration.

· Provide in office support (when required) and assistance throughout the delivery and go-live phases of the project.

· Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their use of D365 Sales and Customer Insights.

· Work closely with clients to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.

· Ensure quality project delivery and manage project timelines effectively.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other consultants.
