Requirements:
- MBBS with MD/MS in Orthopedics or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.
- Proven expertise in performing TRUMA (Trauma), TKR (Total Knee Replacement), and THR (Total Hip Replacement) procedures.
- Robust knowledge of surgical techniques, implant selection, and post-operative rehabilitation protocols.
- Excellent diagnostic, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using surgical instruments, imaging tools, and electronic health record systems.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, high-pressure clinical environment.
