Job Summary:
- Manage defined workstreams within GCC strategy and digital transformation engagements, taking responsibility for structuring the approach, shaping the analysis, and delivering high-quality outputs within agreed timelines
- Take ownership of specific solution modules – guiding analysts, reviewing outputs, and ensuring coherence across deliverables at the workstream level
- Prepare client presentations, workshop materials, and proposal sections independently, contributing actively to client discussions and working sessions
- Develop business cases,



cost analyses, value realization frameworks, and supporting models for GCC setup and digital strategy assignments
- Apply a technology and business perspective across GCC processes, IT governance design, KPI and maturity frameworks, and emerging areas such as AI-enabled transformation
- Contribute to business development efforts through research, pitch preparation, and proposal development

Roles & Responsibilities:
- GCC Strategy and Setup: lead analysis of BOT/ABO setup models, location and sourcing strategy, GCC tooling landscape assessment, capability maturity evaluation, and process taxonomy design for new GCC entities
- Cost Analysis and Value Realization: develop detailed cost models covering setup costs, run-rate costs, and total cost of ownership for GCC and technology transformation scenarios; build value realization frameworks that track benefit delivery against investment over time, in
