Role Summary
The Hybrid Virtualization & Private Cloud Engineer is responsible for Implementing, operating, and optimizing enterprise-grade hybrid virtualization platforms across VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Azure Stack HCI, and Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization.




The role supports mission-critical workloads in regulated enterprise environments, ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and operational efficiency across on‑premises and hybrid cloud platforms. The engineer will work closely with regional/global infrastructure, cloud, and security teams, as well as OEMs and vendors.
This role operates in the Singapore Time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) platforms.
- Manage Management Domain and multiple Workload Domains.
- Operate and troubleshoot SDDC Manager, vSphere, vCenter, and NSX.
- Perform end-to-end VCF lifecycle management (LCM), including:
- Host commissioning/decommissioning
- Patch management, upgrades, and compliance remediation
- Troubleshoot complex issues across compute, storage, and network layers

vSphere & Core Virtualization
- Manage VMware ESXi (8.x/9.x) and vCenter Server environ
