Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for driving sales and building long-term customer relationships for MY NONU’s online and IT services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting virtual product demonstrations, and guiding prospective customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The role involves providing responsive customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience across digital channels.
The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing initiatives, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and support training or onboarding for new customers as needed.
