Business Development Executive (BDE)
? Work Mode: Work From Home
? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives
? Experience: 1–3 Years in Business Development / IT Sales

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and other channels
Research and identify potential clients in domestic and international markets
Understand client requirements and present appropriate Web, Mobile, SaaS, E-commerce & Software Development solutions
Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and sales discussions
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare proposals, quotations, follow-ups,



and negotiate with prospects
Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
Coordinate with the technical/project team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or a related role
Strong understanding of IT services and software development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and cold outreach is preferred
Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Good English communication is essential
Comfortable working in a remote environment
