Role Overview
We are looking for a Consultant / Advisor – Two-Wheeler Financing to build and scale our two-wheeler lending business, owning the full lifecycle from OEM and dealer partnerships to product construct, commercial structuring, and dealership go-live.

Key Responsibilities
Design the two-wheeler financing product (ticket sizes, LTV, tenor, down payment, no-cost and low-cost EMI constructs) aligned to unit economics and counter conversion
Identify and onboard OEMs, large dealer groups, and DSA / aggregator channels across ICE and EV two-wheelers




Structure and negotiate commercial terms with partners (subvention and interest buy-down splits, dealer payouts, processing fees, risk-sharing arrangements, co-marketing commitments)
Build the dealership activation playbook: in-store journey, counter presence, sales officer training, disbursal and delivery order flow, PDD and hypothecation handling
Coordinate across partner teams (commercial, credit, legal, tech, ops) to move from term sheet to live dealerships
Define program governance: credit policy guardrails, approval norms, fraud and abuse controls, subvention reconciliation, and dealer payout and settlement discipline
Shape financing constructs suited to a checkout financing product, optimizing for finance penetration at the counter, approval-to-disbursal conversion, and dealer stickiness
Track finance penetration, counter share, TAT, and early portfolio quality; ensure timely execution of launch and scale-up milestones
