Role Description The Patent Drafting & Prosecution Intern will support the firm’s IP practice by assisting in the preparation, review, and refinement of patent specifications, claims,



and drawings for diverse technologies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting prior art and novelty searches, analyzing technical disclosures, preparing draft patent applications, and supporting responses to office actions under guidance from senior professionals. The intern will collaborate with patent attorneys and technical experts to organize case files, maintain documentation, and help manage patent portfolios for domestic and international clients. This is an internship role, based in office at Y&S; Legal’s office in Delhi, India, offering hands-on exposure to global patent practice and structured mentorship.
Qualifications
