Role Overview:
The Cluster Head – Home Loans will lead and scale the Home Loan business across multiple
clusters within the assigned region. The role is responsible for driving business growth,
profitability, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and team performance through
effective leadership of Cluster Heads. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong expertise in home loan sales, builder ecosystem management, channel partnerships, and large team management.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
• Own the overall Home Loan business for the assigned region, ensuring achievement of revenue, sourcing, and disbursal targets.




• Develop and execute regional growth strategies to maximize market share.
• Drive business expansion through builder tie-ups, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
• Monitor sales funnel metrics and ensure healthy conversion across all clusters.

Cluster Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple Cluster Heads to achieve business objectives.
• Review cluster performance through regular business reviews and implement corrective actions wherever required.
• Build a high-performance sales culture with strong focus on productivity and accountability.
• Ensure manpower planning, succession planning, and capability development across clusters.

Partner & Stakeholder Management
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, builders, and channel partners.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships and identify recent business opportunities.
