Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Source and attract candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to screen, engage, and qualify candidates for multiple open positions.
- Perform initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, technical fit, communication skills, availability, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.




- Ensure a healthy interview pipeline by maintaining the required number of scheduled interviews on a daily and weekly basis.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, offer discussions, and joining confirmations.
- Regularly follow up with shortlisted candidates to improve interview attendance and joining conversion.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates of candidate status in Zoho Recruit.
- Administer and manage the end-to-end recruitment process through Zoho Recruit, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing, calling, interview, and closure targets as defined by the business.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prioritize critical hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and skilled engagement.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and pipeline dashboards, highlighting key metrics and challenges.
- Support bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, campus hiring, and recruitment events as required.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, SLAs, and quality standards while meeting hiring timelines.
