We have an excellent opportunity for the position of **Senior Service Advisor** with our client **Galaxy Auto Works (Luxury Automotive)**.

** Location:** Lower Parel, Mumbai

** Experience:** 310 Years

** Salary:** 40,000 – 60,000 per month + Performance Incentives

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop team.

* Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repairs.

* Prepare service quotations, invoices, and maintain service records.

* Conduct vehicle test drives before and after repairs.

* Ensure quality checks, manufacturer standards, and timely service delivery.

* Manage spare parts inventory and collaborate with internal teams.

**Eligibility Criteria:**

* 3-Year Full-Time Diploma in Automobile Engineering / 3-Year B.Voc in Automobile / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.





* 3–10 years of experience as a **Service Advisor/Service Engineer** in an **authorized luxury automobile dealership**.

**Candidate Requirements:**

* Age: 25–35 Years (Unmarried)

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Minimum Height: 5'8"

* Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
