Hiring for Regional Business Manager (RBM)

1. positions for its consumer division, reporting to the Key Account Manager (KAM) for up-to-date trade.

2. RBM will cover the North and West regions, based in Mumbai or Thane,

3. These RBMs will support the KAM in executing plans for strategic key accounts and will directly manage 7-10 smaller accounts, acting as a KAM for those.

4. The RBMs will be responsible for achieving sales targets in their respective regions and will manage a team of 5-8 third-party payroll Sales Officers (SOs) and Territory Sales Officers (TSOs).

5. The role requires extensive travel within the assigned regions to manage regional offices of accounts.

6. The primary focus of the role is field execution and team management, with account management and negotiation skills being secondary, as the KAM handles major negotiations.

7. Candidates should have experience managing pharmacy chains like Apollo, MedPlus, and Wellness Forever. While OTC experience is preferred, FMCG experience is also acceptable, provided they have managed these specific chains. Pure RX or medical representative experience is not desired.

8. The preferred experience range is 7-10 years, with a maximum of 12-13 years.
