Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). The candidate will work closely with business, product, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements, drive system enhancements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare and review BRD, FRD, User Stories, and process flow documents.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and credit bureaus for integrations.
- Support SIT,



UAT, and regression testing activities.
- Track issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
- Assist in go-live, stabilization, and project planning activities.
- Ensure timely communication and project status updates to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

- 7–8 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Robust experience in LOS/LMS domain.
- Knowledge of API integrations.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and testing support.
- Exposure to Banking, Lending, or NBFC domain.
