• Support baggage screening and operational activities.
• Coordinate with airport teams for smooth passenger movement.




• Provide guidance and information regarding airport services.
• Resolve passenger queries professionally.
• Maintain safety, security, and service standards.
• Follow airport operational procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Support day-to-day airport operations.
