- Maintenance engineer coordinate and perform all maintenance activities of the plant, trouble shooting and operation support to customer.

- Responsible for all activities related with Operation support maintenance of GEG Power Plant.

- Maintain MIS such as logs and records of normal operations and maintenance of plant safety documents. Effectively handle shutdowns, start-ups, and other operational disturbances.

- Ensure compliance with safetyenvironment protection standards.

- Ensure financial performance of the contract

- Ensure that the performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract in own responsible area.

- Provide coaching and training to sub-ordinates and current employees.
