Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact individuals and to pitch banking products.

• Explain products benefits, features, and eligibility criteria.

• Handle objections and resolve customer queries.

• Follow up consistently to ensure conversations.

• Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer info.

• Schedule call-backs where necessary and take timely follow ups
