They are responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing large-scale infrastructure projects like Institutional Buildings and commercial buildings ensuring they meet strict safety standards, financial constraints, and timeline milestones. - Planning & Budgeting: Theywill define the project scope, perform material takeoffs (MTOs) to estimate costs, and track daily expenses to prevent budget overruns. [1, 2]
- Scheduling:



They develop detailed construction timelines and reschedule tasks to account for weather or unforeseen site conditions. [1, 2]
- Resource Management: They coordinate labor, machinery, and negotiate contracts with external vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers. [1, 2, 3]
