Hiring for Blended customer service for a leading Telecom brand in the UK
Domain: Telecommunication
Criteria: Graduate Freshers or HSC with 6 months BPO experience
Shift: UK rotational with 2 rotational offs
Salary: Up to 5 LPA (Basis last drawn & experience)
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Mode: WFO only [ 6 months Contract based ]
Roles & Responsibility: To resolve customer queries regarding billing and network issues over the email and chat and voice if required.
