Job Title: Section Head- Technical Support

Location - Taloja

Experience - 6 to 12 Years only

1) Technical Services Technical Support to Customers:

-Participate in product trials and troubleshooting at customer site
-Offer technical solutions to compelling issues and challenges faced by
customers

- Experience in epoxy ,polymer, Advance Material ,QA
-Work closely with customer and focus on understanding the customer
needs and pain points and help them to relieve it.

2) Material Characterization and Process Development

-Maintain Quality Standards in the application lab
-Establish test protocols and best practices and compliances in Application Development Lab

3) Safety , Health & Workplace
To ensure implementation of Safety, Health and Environmen tsystems and procedures. Adherence to statutory compliances to maintain a safe & accident-free workplace.

-Implement & monitor safe working conditions in and around the lab.
